I need touch up paint for scuff marks on the plastic bumper of my Audi Allroad 2015 model year. The body Colour code is LY9T - Mythos Black. Can anyone advise a colour match for the plastic work ?

It's a myth that plastics dry different colour. All paint drys to a different colour ie reds will always dry darker than when first painted. The reason you see cars these days and the bumpers are always different colours and some very noticeably too is because the bumpers are usually painted in a different country to the vehicle.
