    Hi all.
I am hoping someone has some info on this.
I have recently brought an Audi a5 convertible 2.0 tfsi 2010 which is a lovely car apart from a few cosmetic issues that I am working on.
The problem I have is the roof open switch that is located next to the cup holders in the centre console area has half of the silver part missing which really let's the interior down. I have the replacement switches but need to know how to change this? I am really hoping it's not a complete centre console strip down?
Any help on this would be great.
    Thank you.

OK. Thanks for all the replys lol. Thought i would update incase anyone was wondering, just need to lift up the edge of the switch panel nearest the armrest using a plastic lever or flathead screwdriver (carefully) and panel will come up. Disconnect harness connector, open six small tabs to remove the two switches, replace with new ones then reconnect harness and push fit back into centre console.

I stumbled across this while looking how to do it myself, thanks so much for letting us know. Where did you purchase the replacement switches? Its exactly the same button that the chrome part has started to peel on. I cant find them anywhere and wondering if I'm searching the name of it wrong lol. The all window button 🤷*♂️. Cheers bud, i hope you get this and can help me here. Gary kearns

Hi the part you want has the roof switch and the all windows switch together as one part. I would search for this -
Audi A5 Cabriolet Convertible Roof Switch (8F0959727B i think this is the part no)
I actually found it reasonably priced from the main dealership parts dept and if you tell them the year and model they will confirm the part number then can just follow instructions above to fit.
    Hope that helps.
