    Default DAB Signal Strength Meter – 22-09-2016,09:20 PM
    In my 2008 B8 saloon I have replaced the Concert head unit with one from a later care with DAB.
    I have problems with the DAB signal dropping off in particular places through which I have to drive
    regularly and would like to know if the signal strength is really low, or if my aerial is inadequate.
    can anyone tell me of a strength meter accessible through this concert head unit via VCDS or otherwise.

    does your car have a DAB aerial built into the rear window or roof aerial ?
    VW POLO 2002 1.2 12v , Audi A6 2006 2.0 TDi SE , Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDi

    I believe that being a saloon, my car has no OEM installed DAB aerial otherwise I would try to connect it.
    It had no roof aerial until I fitted one for the DAB.
