Not really anymore forward....had a moan afew weeks ago to my dealer but still only being told that etron production is on hold. Not really being given a proper reason why just half answer blaming parts supply and technical issues???.....I've told my dealer that I'll not accept the car till 1st march if its not here before the end of the month. My dealer keeps saying he keeps asking for more information from the Audi area sale manager but the weeks keep ticking by....i don't know who to believe. Does anyone know how the relationship between Audi and Audi UK works? Does Audi UK just do as its told? As my "youraudi" page is STILL show a production date 26th sept I'm starting to think its audi (germany) that the problem ?? being as they can't be bothered to update me directly with obviously major issues and I'm having to find out myself.....not really how i expect to be treated when I'm spending near £80k

Brilliant news...sisters A3 was in QC for 3 days and my Q7s at max 6 days.

Then it starts transportation from factory to Emden, waits there a few days for the boat and then in to UK. Little more waiting at UK port before its at dealers.

Now unfortunately it's pot luck from when it leaves factory. Both my Qs were delivered to dealers at the 3wk mark from build. The A3 took just under 4wks, but I've read some people waiting almost 2-3 weeks to get the car in to Uk....so pot luck unfortunately

Sooooo.....my car has now been in QC 3 weeks :/.......I've written off delivery before xmas obviously, I'm now thinking I won't accept till 1st March....can I do that? I'm assuming if it left the factory today I wouldn't see it till 2nd or 3rd week in January anyway so it makes sense to me to wait the extra month?

Sounds like the same scenario Gyro was facing with his SQ being in QC for weeks....

You can ask to delay delivery but they may not want to push it out as it affects their sales and bonuses etc but if it's 6 weeks and a 17 plate why wouldn't you?
