MMI 2G Radio Swap to DAB

Hi all, this is my first question post, so I apologise in advance if I do something wrong!
I have a 2007 2.0 A6 Avant, which I believe has the MMI 2G High system. Recently the MMI started to show the message 'RADIO NOT INSTALLED'. I took the car to be checked, and was told that the radio is kaput! I would like to fit a DAB tuner to my car, could I replace my kaput radio with a DAB tuner? I have the car model with the DAB aerial factory fitted to the rear quarter light windows.
