Audi navigation plus

Hi guys. I'm new to group and I really need your help. I got Audi navigation plus came from 2003 Audi allroad and I'm willing to fit that unit to my Audi A6 2004. The problem is there's no pin or serial number for that radio and only one remaining attempts left to type in pin. Can someone unlock/decode that unit for me PLEASE? I rang Audi the other day but I've been told that, they can't help me.

i have installed an rnse in my a4 b7, i didnt have the code either, tried ebay first and the code didnt work, only to be told that someones change the pin from the original, however when i switched the unit on its shows the vin number at the bottom of the screen i put the last 4 numbers and it works now

it will lock for a while and you have to leave ignition on until it resets to two attempts

Audi can definitely get the code for you! Ask someone different or try another dealer.

As yasb suggests - quite often software has been flashed previously to make a new code on second hand RNS-E units. Provided software is up to date enough serial will display on code entry screen, try entering the last 4 digits of the items serial as in photo. Got to be worth a try!
