Is there any reason why my central locking menu should only have the windows option. I have checked all settings and the auto fold mirror option doesn't appear anywhere.

Careful as the 2 other menus shown are from cars with Tech Pack and you have the standard RMC system so there will be some differences. That said I am slightly puzzled by your menu as I would have expected to see the option to decide whether the first press of the remote unlocks all the doors or just the drivers door and also whether you want the doors to automatically lock when the car reaches 5mph on that menu (from memory I think that is where they are on my car but I may be wrong). Check your manual to see whether those options should also be there, if so then a trip to a dealer may be required to properly sort out/enable the options in MMI.

I don't have the tech pack. I will check the manual this weekend and if unsuccessfully then will give the dealers a call. Thanks all for your contribution.

Picked mine up yesterday in Sweden, same problem - won't fold, even after ticking the box in the menu. I do however have several more options on the menu screen than in the above posted picture. After ticking the box do I need to do a save of some sort?

Brand new 2016 3.0 TDI Allroad with tech pack, picked up yesterday. I managed to fold with the button this morning, but not with lock. Checked off under central locking menu a couple of times with no result.

I took delivery on my vehicle a couple of weeks back and have the same issue - no ability to view / change the door lock settings or the foldable mirrors. I reported it to Audi, who are aware of the issue, but there is no fix as yet. It's likely that a software update will be required

I'm not 100% sure why the cars would come with different menus when they must have the most upto date software checked on the PDI?

I'm due to have my a6 all road delivered next Monday, so what is it exactly that I should be checking in the menus?

    Thanks

Interesting - I can view the lock settings and check the box for mirrors, but nothing happens. Left the car off for a three day Ceramic Pro treatment today. I will take a look on Friday when I get it back, take a picture and post, so you can see if it is different from yours Reuben.
