A bit late I know but it'd be nice to get a snapshot of the VWAF readerships voting on the referundum.

    As simple as a pimple, are you voting;

    Stay / Remain / In

    or

    Leave / Exit / Out / Brexit

.... or whatever you want or wish to call it.

Bonus points for concise explanations why.

I've left this as an 'open' timewise so people can add their vote after the event so to speak. It'll be too late but is there for those who stumble upon this after the event.

    Worms, worms everywhere!

    I'm in.

Reason - (s) - too numerous to list.

I respect the right for people to vote as they choose but the one thing that's seriously scary is the number of people I've spoken to who are voting out simply to see what happens, 'for a change'. It bothers me that somebody would make such a vote without researching even just a smidge, what the consequences of remaining or leaving could be.

And on that subject, if anybody could please enlighten me on the facts of remain vs leave, I'd be most grateful.

I managed to watch a whole hour of the BBC1 debate last night before I had to turn over.

i am out. reason being, we have been held back by the eu for too long now. europe has always wanted control of britain. many wars and encounters have fended our shores until now, when some bright spark decided to use the eu to bring us down rather than weapons, and we fell for it.

I feel there are slightly smaller mountains of BS coming from the remain camp. I believe it has more impartial supporters and far fewer unknowns in general.

I think voting out would also give Boris, Gove and IDS far too much power (several terms) and with their ideology I can see further dismantling of the NHS. I suspect it would prompt another Scottish referendum which I don’t want either.

We can always leave at some point in the future… I think it would be far harder to go back.

Out - A failed experiment driven by Germany, and an eastward creeping federal superstate in the making, dragging us along with it, the currency is doomed (has the Greek / Portuguese / Spanish / Italian debt problem gone away or been conveniently forgotten about for now?) and we'll end up bailing them out. The EU has already rubber stamped an EU wide tax system, It will give Brussels the ability to tax every person at the point of payment
If we stay in the EU they will take this EU tax straight off your pay/pension, as well as tax your assets with a wealth tax which many EU countries already do.
Take back control of our democracy for the sake of our kids and their kids, it has nothing to do with in / out campaign BS, immigration, party politics, politicians personalities or the inevitable pain ( which there will be which ever way the vote goes)

I'm voting stay (reluctantly) , have to, just checked house insurance and I'm not covered for damage caused by "cessation of the Sun's orbital angular velocity" and, para 6 states "damage by flying insects (in particular, plagues of locusts) is excluded, oh and apparently my first born's on thin ice too. So that's that then!

    Well.

It's time for the brexit team and all their supporters to prove their claims.

Any links to where I can find their plan on what to do?

Amazing! Looked out of the window this morning, sun rose, no sign of the locusts, no barbarian hordes.
