There isn't one, as it has to be formulated and negotiated.

But we do know that there will be a three month period where no changes are planned, then a new Brexit steering PM will be appointed. What will probably happen as part of the negotiations with Europe is that the arcticle 50 statement will be pursponed until after the French general election next spring or even possibly until after the German GE next autumn.

Going by the Leave pundits/MPs, the plan seems to involve just winging it. I think (short term) they will be too busy with the power struggle to properly focus on the way forward. Years of negotiations either way, but the longer we wait to trigger article 50... the longer we wait to get the “rivers of money” back.

Mark Carney’s statement has helped the markets recover from the crash slightly, but I just hope his prediction of a technical recession doesn’t turn out to be much worse.

European markets crash after Britain votes for Brexit - Business Insider

With all 32 local authority areas voting remain in Scotland it will give the SNP a mandate by the back door and there will be another referendum. If the rising oil price continues and the prospect of a permanent Tory UK government it will be a done deal. Unfortunately we would have to accept the Euro, the Schengen agreement and certainly wouldn’t have a veto.

With the remain vote in Northern Ireland and statements from McGuinness it looks like they are considering something similar.

I just hope that when the dust settles that it will all be worthwhile.

    1. The EU referendum result, by itself, has no legal impact. It was an advisory not a mandatory referendum. (See my FT post here.)

    2. All UK law – including that drawn from the EU – remains in place today just as it was yesterday. Nothing in yesterday’s result affects the applicability or enforceability of any UK or EU law.

    3. The legally significant thing is not the referendum result but any Article 50 notification. There is no indication any UK politician is any rush to press that “red button”. Once pressed, that will give a two year period before the UK leaves the EU (unless EU Member States unanimously agree otherwise). Any fundamental legal change as a result of the Leave vote will not (and cannot) be until 2018 at the earliest.

    4. It is perfectly possible the Article 50 red button is never pressed – for example if there is a “new deal” and a second referendum. There is, after all, a tradition of EU-related referendums being repeated in Member States until there is the “correct” answer.

    5. On available information, there is no plausible legal challenge to the referendum result.

Probably not relevant any more, no but just out of interest - where is this bit mentioned?

If I understand correctly, the suggestion of an EU taxpayer code of conduct "that will set out common tax principles and taxpayer rights and obligations which EU member states would be encouraged to adopt." was supported but the proposal for EU wide taxpayer ID numbers was not.

Source - EU proposals for taxpayer code and tax identification numbers | Tax Adviser

The CIOT has given its backing to plans for a European taxpayer code that will set out common tax principles and taxpayer rights and obligations which EU member states would be encouraged to adopt. However, the CIOT has expressed reservations about the proposals for an EU-wide system of tax identification numbers for taxpayers.
As I understand it, the proposal was for a code of conduct which EU member states would choose to adopt and follow, ensuring all countries tax fairly and according to a central code of conduct.

'The EU' wouldn't be taxing anybody, nor their pension(s), nor their asset(s)?

Well it seems they didn’t really bother with a plan:

Conservative Leave MP, Boris backer: "there is no plan. Leave campaign don't have a post Brexit plan, Number 10 should have had one".
Video clip: Jonathan Cherry on Twitter: "A wonderful moment from @faisalislam on @SkyNews that perfectly sums up the mess we're now in. #Brexit"

…and the backtracking has started already. I think going back on the reduction of immigration will be a big one for a lot of leave voters:

Nigel Farage backtracks on Leave campaign's '£350m for the NHS' pledge hours after result | UK Politics | News | The Independent

There might even be legal recourse to block Brexit… a parliamentary debate has already been triggered:

If all the people who wanted to stay had got off their collective fat arses they would still be in. They didn't though, did they.

Not sure why you’re assuming the people who didn’t vote would have chosen to remain?

Anyway, I’m sure the people who did (or didn’t) vote and lost will be disappointed, but it seems even some people who voted to leave are gutted… a bit moronic to place a protest vote in a referendum

Shows just how stupid some people are. Ought to have to do a 'pot plant' test before they can vote.
