    Hi Retom,

Are you able to activate/deactivate easy entry for passenger seat on mmi?
Today I activate option as Andy suggested in module 06 and passenger seat is moving back but I don't have option to turn it ON/OFF on mmi.

    Thank you

    Marko

No, we can't activate/deactivate easy entry separately for passenger seat on MMI. On MMI you can only activate/deactivate the whole system: steering wheel, driver's seat and passenger seat - all together. I am curious how it is solved in new Q8 since as I have noticed this model has already factory set easy entry also on both seats, not only on steering wheel column as in our Q7s. I hadn't so far a chance to dig so deep in Q8 software. If it is possible in Q8 perhaps we will be able to activate it also in our cars as it is the same platform.

    Thank you on reply!
Can you send me your coding of modules 06 & 36, because I can't get both seats working in parallel.
When I code easy entry on passenger seat than seat is always moving no matter if easy entry on driver seat is ON or OFF.

    Hi Marko,
Sorry, I was mistaken. I have checked in my car, passenger seat easy entry I can disable only via coding as in your car. I believe that there is a possibility to do it also via MMI. When I will have more time I will do some experiments and I will let you know if I am successful. It could be a need to do some coding also in Module 09 Central Electrics to call the passenger easy entry screen on MMI.
Perhaps our guru Andy has an idea?

We have the same issue with it.
There is maybe some option for passenger seat in 09 module.

I've been through the whole of 09 and nothing jumps out for Passenger Seat Easy Entry Option for the MMI
If anywhere it will be in 06 or a slim chance in 52.

It makes sense we can't find it.. Easy Entry on a Passenger Side doesnt make sense does it?
