Agreed, I definitely can't find this on my car, so back to my original reason for posting in this thread, can it be enabled by coding?

What option have you selected in 'additional display'?

I think that's on mine, full-time, as well as economy. I'll have a look at mine and take some pics.

I don't recall ever seeing the car pic, above the rev-counter. On my car, Energy consumers is between Long-term memory and Driver assist.

Mine is the same as Ragebe's.... use the left thumbwheel to scroll up / down to get to Energy Consumers then as you flick stuff on and off like heated seats they show up etc.
@nbedford - Your 0976 is your MMI firmware, not your VC cockpit firmware. Should be above 0280.

    Andy,
I still think that some cars from early production don’t have it. My wife’ new A5 has it, my Q7 from 2015 doesn’t.
The question is if we can activate this function via coding?
    Best regards.

    All

With the help of Nbedford confirming the change, we got this working and I've updating the first coding page with the simple coding to enable "Energy Consumers" on the Virtual Cockpit

    Cheers

    Andy
