Bear in mind it also depends on the dataset loaded into the camera. So a Q7 shipped into a country that doesnt offer TSR as standard would have a different dataset to a car that does have it as an option in their respective country

If your just trying to get TSR enabled into the HUD (and you have it in the VC already) then in "theory" it should be nothing more than coding.

If you don't have TSR at all (because its not an option in your country) then you need to inject a dataset into your camera, which isnt the easiest thing in the world.

This is what I read, thus I was surprised that it worked for Frank55, especially the TSR is not offered in his country.

I know TSR will come on straight away for a while and then fail (it will pick up the first sign for example then stop working) if the correct dataset is not loaded and the MMI has not been switched to a country that supports it (like GB)
@frank55 - Be great to share what you found out/know.

OK, it does not work for me. I did all the steps as @frank55, but no luck. I can see a new menu item in the cockpit for Traffic Sign, but it says "No traffic sign recognized". Interestingly when I coded the camera (A5 module), which showed the "VZE not coded". The software (ODIS) did not asked for access permission, but it coded it. I checked the module and after coding it showed "VZE is coded".
@frank55: I looked the HUD module (as I was in ODIS already), in HUD module you can code the TRS to be displayed (my car showed "TRS display is not coded" in HUD module).

Just had a look on OBD earlier on and noticed a few new apps in the menu.

Easy Entry - Moves the driver seat back after doors open to make it easier to get in/out (think Andy has this coding within the thread)

Distance Basic Setting for ACC in the MMI menu

ACC Driving Program - Activates manual selection of Comfort / Standard / Dynamic for ACC

    And the best one...

Compass Magnetic Field Zone (well it sounds good!)

Wow, I’m sure I watched horizon once where they were saying the earths magnetic field could flip again at anytime (north becomes south). Perhaps we’re covered then

    Haha. Amazing

Easy entry only works if you electric steering column module as far as I know .. But worth a try anyway.. You never know.

Distance Acc set is listed above yeah.

Not sure the manual selection of modes for acc is. We can do that anyway can't we?

Compass.. Lol... Amazing.. Shame it only applies if you have the compass rear view mirror which is more a US thing!

Good spot. Totally possible too. Standard on sq7. I have the bits, just debating whether to do it. Can Integrate into drive select options in Mmi also.

In fact, this was one of reason as well to come back: The other day I was driving back home, using the CarPaly navigation, and suddenly a nice compass showed up on the VC display. I tried several things since then to get it back but never happened again. Does anyone have seen that or know what brought that up?
