Wary of emission recall made today

Hi this is my first post just had my done last week has made no difference at all even washed my car and interior clean and goody bag for having it done. My car is a 2.0tdi 2012 facelift.

That's 2 mistakes , emissions "fix" and letting them wash your car !

Glad it's gone ok for you , for some it doesn't , they're not allowed to put the stock map back on , and responses range from not being interested to having the car for two weeks and sorting it out with communication with VW Germany .

I am just going through this right now. Tiguan but the same issue.

The engine sounded like a tractor after the emissions "fix". VW Germany have been involved and a new s/w patch going on on Tuesday.

Any more updates on the tractor noise issue?

By the way, is this something that you noticed more at idle, or during driving?

My 2012 A4 2.0TDi Allroad has been done I don't notice any difference. I didn't let them wash the car afterwards... I'm not that daft!

They did my 2.0 143 A4 B8 2weeks ago before i ditched it and bought a BMW petrol

My B8 2.0 TDI 143 2013 is booked in for next Friday at Audi Manchester, i got a letter from the DVLA and Audi saying to book it in. I'll let you know how it goes.
