Just refilled for the second time at 8,000 miles, warning light came on so I bought a 2 litre bottle from my local dealer for about £6, he did suggest it might not be enough. Sure enough I put the Adblue in and the warning light stayed on, the following day proceeded to fall from 1500 mile to top up, down to 1100!!! Had one of my dealers fill her up and now the lights gone off. I have to say I don't see the point in selling a 2 litre bottle,if it doesn't turn the light off.
Top tip, if you want Adblue buy it from a commercial vehicle dealer, trucks have been using Adblue for years and they charge about £1 a litre, only used Audi to get the bottle, won't bother again.

Or just fill up from the pump at £0.69 a litre

I've not had to refill yet. I did see that there is an adblue pump at the service station near where I live but in the truck section.

I was concerned it wasn't suitable for filling a small car tank. Has anyone tried to do it?

    Good news!
Dealer told me not to use the pump.
Apparently it's designed for trucks, not cars. The delivery guy told me a pump has too much pressure and would spill very easily.

It will spill if you squeeze the trigger as hard as you can. Go easy and save yourself 50%

Just to drag this back up again ... my 1500 mile warning light has just come on, and I'm on 12k miles - need to find a new pump now, as the garage closest to me with one, burned down!
