Hi guys, im normally over on the Audi Sport forums but have been recommended here.

I have a 56 reg Audi Q7 3.0TDi S Line and currently having an absolute nightmare with the air suspension!

About 2 months ago I heard the compressor running even when the engine was off and eventually after a few hours heard a hissing noise (compressor burning out) and then the back end of the suspension dropped after driving it down the road and options to raise/lower the suspension from MMI grayed out along with the suspension warning lights showing up on the dash.
The front end stayed exactly where it was.
Figured the compressor had packed in, bought a second hand one, had it fitted and everything was back to normal, well atleast I thought it was!
2 days later after coming off the motorway the compressor started making some weird noises, clunking and clicking and all sorts even with the engine off. The following day the back end of the suspension dropped again and option to raise and lower the suspension grayed out on the MMI. After reading around on the forums I figured a sticky relay caused the 2nd pump to contentiously stay on and burnt it out again (stupid mistake of mine not to change the relay the first time!)

So got another air compressor, fitted it in along with a new relay and nothing, all the options on the MMI are available to select but the suspension is does not move, since all the airlines were disconnected when changing the compressor ect the whole car is dropped to the ground now all around. I then thought maybe it is a module fault, so got a new air suspension module but that didnt work either.
The compressor itself is confirmed working as I've seen it working in the car it was removed from.

Its now been about a month and the car has just been sitting on the driveway looking miserable (between being busy at work and being on holiday, the car has not received any time from me)

I am getting the following codes on vcds along with the flashing air suspension warning lights on the dash:

02250 - Function Deactivation; Valve Duty Cycle
    001 - Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
    Freeze Frame:

I have also read the values on ch04. 05 and 10 and attached a screenshot with this post if anyone can make some sense of it.

Have checked the fuses more than once and they all seem fine so just cannot get my head around it!
If anyone can shed some light and point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

    Very kind regards

    -Omy

    Had similar issue...
Have you checked the big fuse below the front passenger seat?
Don't have the car any more but there definately is a big orange 40Amp fuse just for the pump motor.
    Good luck

It is accessible but not too easy.
Easiest would be to remove the seat. But I managed to move the seat all the way back then removed the front trim (under the seat) and managed to squeeze my hand in to replace the fuse.
It's orange and only one there AFAIK.
    good luck

Turned out to be the 40amp fuse under the passenger seat!
Very easily accessible, move the seat all the way back and lift up and can easily get the fuse out.
Replaced it and pump fired up and raised the back straight away, front drivers corner is still not raising so some other issue there, but we're making some progress now

Wolek76 if you're ever in Birmingham, give me a shout, meal on me mate!

    Birmingham???? Where's that
Thanks for the offer. If I'll ever get there I'll be in touch
As for the front leveling you will have to get someone with vcds or something similar to recode the right heights into computer I think.
I've seen this being done on YouTube somewhere so do some search and good luck.
