“Speed limit assistant” looks interesting - hypothetically obviously :-) Anyone know what it does? Or is it just the switch for the system that flashes the speed limit sign if you are a configurable amount over...

No, it can't be. I have that option, and it's enabled in the MMI. Probably that connects the TSR to the ACC.

Is self parking literally that...it’ll do the accelerator and brake unlike the park assist which makes us control the speed and car does the wheel?

Not sure this is the ideal thread, so if Forum Mod wished to move my post, fine by me.

I had two Campaign Updates carried out today, under warranty and FoC (car is a 2016 and out of warranty.

    These were:
91U7 - software update of infotainment system.
23X6 - software update for ECU.

Might be worth you all checking if these have been done/asking your dealer to do the work.

    23X6 is the emissions update.

I’ve found mine ever since having it done has a strange gear mind behaviour between D4-D5z

Can happily be driving along at 30mph in D5 with no change in acceleration/deceleration or road conditions and it will drop to D4.

Mentioned it to dealers who said ‘it’s the gearbox learning again’ but then lockdown hit and have hardly driven it but it’s still there. Don’t know if it’s linked to the update or just a random coincidence

Oddly enough, I noticed such behaviour this morning.
Driving along in Efficiency Mode and the gearbox couldn't decide what gear it wanted to be in. A bit of stuttering and up and down in the gears, almost like fuel-starvation.

Glad it’s not just me then - be interesting to see if others who’ve had this have the same behaviour...

Today I tried to enable the new gadgets with OBDeleven, and I found, they improved it's knowledge again. So I added several options, and now I have the formerly missed ACC submenu for the intelligent tempomat in the DIS.

The only problem is, that I see a warning messsage on the DIS: "This ACC efficiency system is not available in your country". What kind of a factory installed error message is this??

As far as I know ACC is not available in some countries. You have to test it in other country. The only question is if this is not available due to the current location of the car or due to the specific software settings related to the market for which the car was manufactured.
