I'm now going on the hunt for undocumented 'features' anemeth.

Sorry, I do not have a clue, what RTFM means. I just wanted to point out that you can read about it and how it works in the manual. I was not passing any judgement.

Noticed yesterday that there are a couple of black markers on the reversing camera parallel lines. It seems they indicate 1m and 2m! Never noticed them before but handy for making sure I don't reverse too close to the garage before opening the boot.

Was pulling out at junction with both front windows down, both windows started to automatically close on pulling out, possibly sensing crossing vehicles, never happened before , then again 1st summer in it..

Any similar instances with any folk here by any chance?

Did you notice the hazard lights come in to action?

I've had it at traffic lights where hazards came on (windows were closed tho at the time) and I'm pretty sure engine went off

last Friday
sat at a T junction waiting to turn right
car was coming from my left to turn right and cut across my path was no where near the front of the car really
the next thing I knew me and my partners belts pulled tight as the pre sense went off god it made me just and the seat belts grabbed real quick and went so tight nearly S***t myself I'm sure if the windows was open and sunroof they would of shut also

am guessing the pre sense went into standby ?

have had pre sense go off a few time where people have braked sharp in front of me
but the seat belt have never grab befor beside I wasn't even moving lol

Def no hazards .. but there might have been the led door strips flash red .. Not sure as was too busy scratching my head thinking why both windows were shutting, I think they meant to do that when a crash is imminent..

You could be right there lol

if all that happens when you about to crash your prob have a heart attack befor you even hit anything lol

the seat belt thing was like some one sat in the back seat and grab hold of your seat belt and pulled it as hard and as fast as they could

what with that and windows shutting and sunroof close and even think it ajust the seat more upright too and the pre sense going off too

I'm wondering if heat can play a part in these phantom issues? Reason I say that is today I was reversing into a parking space at the train station and the presense kicked in. A few seconds later a guy did appear but off to one side. I checked the rear dash cam but he was nowhere near the car.

I park in the same spot every morning, the only difference was today, I was working from home and popped into town at lunchtime and it was sunny and fairly hot.

The car park is outdoors and open, except in-between my space and the one I back onto is a metal horizontal bar.

Could be a complete coincidence but I've never had this happen before in the past year and must have done exactly the same reverse at least 150 times!
