    How do I find out the firmware version?

    Also any ideas how we can get this



    It's on the R8 presumably because they don't have the central MMI screens but it's strange how many times I look at the VC when reversing first so if anyone works out of this is possible - I am in!

    I was actually actively looking for this but all the changes I had made only disabled the central 360 view.
    There are numerous references to parking in DIS (or FIS?) but so far no dice....
    I'm trying hard....
    My poor Q7's computer must hate me

    I can't believe I've not noticed that the 4 turns white. Saw it tonight after your post Nemo. Very cool. I presume the gear shifts also change with the redline.

    I'm on same Nemo. I have firmware to 0280 but not done it yet. Trying to get hold of 0300 and 0302

    I wish... its not even possible sadly to extract the firmware from a virtual cockpit... at least, not to my knowledge.

    My gut says that is very much cockpit/firmware specific. I'd need to get some R8 internal docs to see how its all plugged together. I doubt its just a coding change.. but dont let stop you trying!
