Nope, first time trying it today. Only had the car.... er.... seven months. :-)

I guess I could remove them all and start over.

Is it literally just the menu options on the MMI screen you’re missing for VC?

The only issue I get now and then after updating the database is that I have to respect the POIs to show on MMI and VC...hit and miss!

Same here. Assume you meant ‘reset the POIs’! I get that, most of the time the selections remain but occasionally they deselect themselves?!

I updated mine a couple of weeks ago without issue.

Well, I looked at the menus again this morning (without resending or updating the PoIs) and this time the instrument cluster menu *did* show the options to enable the myAudi special destinations. So presumably just a timing issue or MMI bug the other day, sigh. Thanks all.

Audi connect website seems to be playing up again. Errors when I go to the special points of interest section.

I haven’t tried in ages to be fair - I keep losing the ping on the MMI for absolutely no reason

How do you load the cameras in? The portal has changed and I can’t find the obvious upload for POI upload?

Looks like they haven't ported it across. I've emailed customer services to find out if this is temporary as part of the new site or permanent.

This might be an alternative if they're not going to support this going forward: Welcome to POIbase!
