Import Speed camera locations new Q7

I reckon you could challenge it but is it worth it?

I thought about challenging once but took the course as advised it was cheaper / not worth it. Then got done again soon after and ended up with points. So annoying as each time was down to not slowing down quick enough. Both in the same location - I really am that stupid!

My case was going to be that he signage was completely obscured by loads of Homebase promotion signs.

That was in the X5 bone shaker. Q7 with ACC speed limit changes and two speedcam warning solutions (sometimes with Waze also on). Surely can’t happen again

Another strange one to go with my no ping when on the phone is

if you pass the same camera twice it don't ping the second time ie

when I go to a friends to pick them up they live about a mile past a speed camera so pick him up turn around and head back with out switching engine off
when I then pass the same camera going the other way it don't ping and not even sure it shows a warning

so another one for you to try Nemo now you tried the phone one lol

and it's not just happen with that camera I first noticed this when I first installed the camera warning over a year ago as went out for drive to try it and and couldnt work out why it didn't ping on way back
the only way it will ping on way back is if you pass another camera first then head back

yes funny enough they all pick good good places to stand with a camera
if you ask they would say it's a black spot but noting to do with location and cat see them till last minute lol

funny enough it had nothing to do with being in a SQ7 lol I'd of got the fine in a smart car lol just following the line of traffic in front like we all do wasn't looking ahead and wouldn't of seen it if I was due to the van but why the people in front of the van didn't slow down not sure

still first one ever so not done bad just hope I don't end up with a bad run and get more

If you read back a bit

its to do with shell v power and if it's got more power

but the main thing is although more money they claim you can get more miles per gallon with shell v power

OK, so I've FINALLY got round to importing the speed cameras (had a false start a few moths ago!)...anyway, I've followed all the steps, but when I click on "start download" in the MMI (I sent the data to the car from My Audi), it seems to be stuck on "The download is being prepared" for an eternity. I've cancelled and restarted several times. Would appreciate any tips!

I experienced the same problem last week. I gave up and downloaded the cameras to an SD card, which worked perfectly.

I've tried two different SD cards in each of the two SD ports but it always says "unavailable"!!

Having now tried it about 20 times via the MMI, it started to download...then said it had failed. Why can't this stuff jut work!
