I have an 02 seat Alhambra my wipers hearted and headlights aren't working ? Any ideas

What about the rear window wiper, heated rear window, rear fog light. I would expect this problem to be failure of the 75 terminal (black/yellow) from the ignition switch.

You have no power on what is known as the "X Contact" which CAN be failure of the J59 X relay itself OR failure of the power feed to it OR failure of the command signal. The main clue here is the headlights, these are on the trigger line of the X circuit and not on the output of the X relay and this points directly to the 75 terminal output of the ignition switch. By bridging contacts 30, 15 and 75 on the switches plug, you can simulate a working switch.
