New to the forum and we just bought a 53 plate touran 2.0 tdi pd 140

    6 speed
Electric windows front and back etc
    Computer in dash etc

    130k miles .
    2 owners
Last owner for 7 years averaging 7k miles a year going by service book
Full service history ( stamped )
Looks like any thing thats needed done has been done

    Drives realy well

    3 belt changes
    Clutch / dmf /etc changed 18k miles
    Turbo hoses

    Lots of paperwork

Whats the best oil to use ?

    Just a few niggles

Nsr wheel bearing was replaced last year . But there is a bit of a hum i think from rear osr.
If its bearing how easy are these to change ?
Noise isnt very loud but noticable

Want to swap our rear panels / boot for ones that are not as marked. Is there a set way to remove these . Front to back / back to front etc ? Any guides available

Switches a little worse for wear along with the black handle parts .. will any mk 4 golf handles / switches fit ?

Needs new centre vent are these same as the golf to change as cant find a guide for the touran

Is there any thing i can put in bottom of the centre console from a newer touran or vw to make that void a little better looking

Just needs a general tidy realy .

Any other parts thar are a direct fit from other vw or newer touran ?

Any advice realy appreciated or if anyone local to maidstone able to have a look over

    Thanks

    Dave
