My son helped clean the car the other day and I've noticed this morning that he must have used an old cloth to wipe over the piano black centre console. It's got some very fine scratches over it, like it's been rubbed with a very fine glass paper. I think they would polish out, but I'm also wary because polish has an abrasive in it and I don't want to make things worse.
What have others used to get rid of scratches.

You might want to look at these links and decide which approach would be best for your scratches -

I find the piano black is rather too easy to mark (just as it is on some of my home electronics) and would have much preferred the optional Beaufort Black aluminium trim - but Audi's price of £2,200 for that option was rather more than I felt like paying. If they had bundled the Beaufort trim with a dark red leather option then I'd have happily ticked the box, why can't we have red leather in A7s?
