Yes it's people willing to help. There is not normally a fee as such but beer tokens or a donation is appreciated. I usually ask for a bottle of red.

For example there you can upgrade your MMI version, however I didn't found any useful thing in the 3G+ red menus.

If you want to see what the green menu does, you're always welcome to nip down the A34 to Newcastle-under-Lyme. I have VCDS and (assuming you don't have a facelift model A7) I will happily enable the green menu for you. No charge.

I have a 2016 A7 so assume it's the facelift? It has the standard MMI system rather than the upgrade if that helps.
Is this something you can help with do you think?

Ah, ok - so you have the RMC system with SD-based navigation? I will happily give it a try if you like. If you'd opted for the Tech Pack with MMI 3G+ I wouldn't be able to do anything - my new A6 is presenting me with this challenge

I'm in Edinburgh this weekend, but happy to take a look (and enable any other features you'd like) once I'm back. Drop me a private message and we can figure out a convenient time.

    Cheers!
