    Hi Crasher!

Yesterday we checked car. Starting working fine. We read and cleared error codes.
This morning I started the diesel heater by remote and when I tried to start it wouldn`t start.
Engine, ABS, and ESP lamp is yellow.
We can`t read error codes now, no communication. Using Auto-com as communication program.

We tested the auto-com on other car no problem so the comunication is only on my car.
    Any ide?

Checked fuse F7, F15 both ok
Also checked F4, F13 also ok
Now all fuses checked in engine bay and left side "door" panel.

Apologies to jump on such an old thread but seems prudent to keep all this info together in case anyone is unfortunate enough to end up here!

I've followed this thread and thanks to all input I've managed to get my friends golf (2.0 tdi 140 mk6 59plate) running. All be it with the main 100 relay on the sb board hot wired. It seems at its not switching the earth or supplying 12v to the low power side. I've checked everything I can and cannot seem to find anything wrong besides that.

Symptoms were cutting out. Then restarted for less than 2 minutes and then dead. Cranking but no prime etc and no communication with the ecu via vag com. Manually closing the relay on SB would allow engine start and vagcom connection.

Any ideas on what next? I can jumper the wires obviously but I'm struggling to find a switched live which doesn't disappear on cranking?

    Thanks for any input!
