2002 1.9tdi AVF Hard Start

on a new head you have nice smooth injector bores, but the injectors can move around and wear the bores and its this wear that needs smoothing out. ideally a new head, but i have had good results with wet n dry and then silicion grease to slide the injectors back in. thing is, the injectors wear as well, so the money for a head and 4 injectors plus bolts etc, then labour and a timing belt kit is going to be a lot...

I think perhaps I may drive it on now and then buy all what's needed in stages over next few months to spread cost. Hopefully get the summer out of it as it is and be ready for new head etc come sept oct time. The cars like new otherwise and drives well after the first 30 seconds...
