    So i have an audi a4 1.8t aeb engine and i am lost where to go now i cant get my system out of limp mode it hes a front mount intercooler stock ecu stock turbo aftermarket intake ive cleaned maf sensor cleaned throttle body no vac leaks but system runnig real lean will only boost max about 4 psi i run 93 octane i hade a leaky fuel injector seal so i replaced them all today no difference dont think there is a vac leak on vag com lite only codes i get are p0102 p1198 and p0140 i dont have a cat or post cat o2 have a brand new pre cat o2 sensor in though

    You still need the post cat 02 sensor for the fuelling.
    The only way you can run properly without it is with a remap.

    Edit, AEB doesn’t have post cat sensor my apologies.

    P1198 O2S Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 Electrical Malfunction


    P0140 Audi HO2S12 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected OBDII Engine Light Trouble Code | Engine-Codes.com

    The best approach would be to clear the codes and see which ones come back and deal with them, hopefully some of them will be old and won’t come back.
