    Thanks for checking and looking in to it further Andy!

    So going back to Big D - must be some sort of issue with your software I guess with the noisy picture as presume screen on other settings is fine?

    Reigniting an old thread....guess what...

    I have images showing now on phone calls. Guessing weirdly upgrading to iOS 11 has sorted it

    If you had a non-fruit based phone you wouldn't have had this problem...

    That explains why I've never seen contact pics (didn't even know it would display them) still on iOS 10

    I thought they’d started appearing when I put the beta on a few months back but wasn’t sure if they were there before or not.
