take a video off the boot with your phone when you close it and your glovebox, to see the bulbs are not on when the doors are closed.

has your software been updated for the mmi / radio ?

When the car is running after say 10 minutes, what is the voltage of the battery when the car is running ?

    That's the parking brake module

you need a scan as it may be for example the Electronic Parking Brake motor is drawing more power than it needs, sticking motor etc. a faulty relay etc

Its good you can hear it switching, but if disconnecting it doesn't help your battery drain then what is ?

I think you have to either get a scan by vcds or autel vag505 to see if any component has a fault, not shown by the engine managent light.

Or, you start pulling fuses one by one to see what is causing the drain.

First fuse I would pull is the radio
