    Hello all

just thought I would share a little fix I did today on my S4 B6 Cab - since my 3 years of ownership the boot raiser lever has never worked - suspect the previous owner tried to pull whilst the roof was down and snapped that ever so fragile cable retaining clip

The official repair is to replace the entire raiser unit which is quite a big job and even if you do it yourself still quite expensive as the broken part is not available as a single item

Here are the details for my repair - total cost was £3 plus about 1 hour of my time --> LINK

Hope this can help someone else - here is my nice, now working mechanism --> https://onedrive.live.com/?cid=EA533...211858&o=OneUp
