The bulb has gone on the drivers side, there is plenty of info on changing bulbs in the handbook, but nothing in the book about changing this bulb or how to get at it.

Any help appreciated. I tried a search incase it already had a thread

It's not a bulb, its an LED strip.

Glass off, glass adjustment motor out, mirror cap off then you can unscrew the LED strip.

The part number you need is 4G5949102A

I searched wing mirror LEDs and there is a thread on the A7 forum. LEDs Wing Mirror LEDs

Someone has a pdf procedure on how to do it so trying to get hold of that. Sounds like it is one LED with a strip of mirrors. Cost £36.

Not very good having an LED blow on a car that is 13mths old

I'd be asking for a goodwill gesture then if the car is only 13mths old before doing anything.
