Have you ever seen anything like this.... light grey weights on a dark rotors ???

Anyone else got these. Its doing my head in each time I look at them.

Got the car earlier in the week - have a call into the dealer.

They're factory weights, every new Audi will have them until a tyre is replaced.

Looks like the adhesive will be pretty poor then - They will probably fall off this weekend and need replacing.

Also looks like the original paint has been worn off no doubt by the chemicals used when the wheels have been washed.

Wheels are fine - it was delivered on the back of a lorry and had 120 miles of road road filth all over it.

Didn't you see the "individual" options where you can choose balancing weights of an appropriate colour from quattro GmBH? Those contrasting ones are the default no-cost option. My advice would be to select "Optik - schwarz, komplett" rather than the "Optik - schwarz, teilweise" option unless you want to get handy with a black marker pen.

Yeah that's normal. If they are really that annoying, get some paint and an artists brush and paint them?

No its not normal. My last C7 Black Edition, a 2015 facelift which was unfortunately written off, had dark grey balance weights on it.

Not being funny but this is a brand new car. I am not about to start painting them. The dealer will have to sort it out.

It's whatever they use in the factory at the time of production, if it bothers you that much go get the wheels rebalanced.

There's no such thing as "black edition" wheel weights.
