I popped in to see you last Tuesday. Appears you took my advice and did a runner thus avoiding the unpleasant experience of meeting me. I did meet your Business Partner John and he informed me you are up to your eyes for the next couple of weeks with your current work load. Can request that you book my car in as I would like to have it fixed and be able to sell it on, quite fancy a new car, well to me at least, can't make my mind up though, leaning towards Pheaton/Passat/Touareg. Choices, Choices, Choices!!

Yes, I knew you were coming in so I took the week off to strip wallpaper, repair plaster and much sanding as it was more preferable I did not mean to inflict John on you, for that you have my sympathies, we try and keep him away from vulnerable members of the public. Phaeton for those with understated class but deep pockets, Passat for the unwary and a Toerag [sic] for those who like expensive surprises... Do you have a date in mind?

Hi Crasher

I escaped unharmed from my contact with John, and there have been no recurring nightmares, so far, so all is well. Having read your opinions on my suggested 'new car', I am curious to know what recommendations you might have as an alternative to those suggested by me? I love my four wheel drive, although I am aware of how good technology has become over the recent years the necessity of four wheel drive has been reduced significantly. Currently, I do very little mileage as I am still trying to find employment, a task that is becoming more like searching for a needle in a haystack that some mad farmer has stored in a disused coal mine!! Anyway, back to finding a suitable date. I am happy to fit in with you, all I need is enough notice to arrange for a flatbed to deliver my car to you as it is currently a non runner and also on sorn.

Let me know what suits and we can go from there.

Good Evening Crasher

A quick query, as if there was ever such a thing, I have an new car that is no longer dead, but rather limping along with a rear light cluster that has given up on life. I have an 2013 Audi A6 S-Line Black Edition Quattro with the LED lights. The cluster appears to have water on the inside of the lens which at a guess isn't good when you have a circuit board in the vicinity!! I have had the cluster in and out so many times I could change one in my sleep. Any suggests as to why I am experiencing the annoying messages flashed up on my dash that tell me my right turn signal and my right rear light are not working. Strangely, my brake lights are still operational. Do I need to replace the unit or is there another route to having all the lights working and no messages to annoy?
