Hello, I need to remove the head from a 1.4 16v BBZ engine and need to know how to get the crank and cams into a position where they are not under strain so I can remove the timing belt and hence the cylinder head without a locking tool being in place when removing. I know there are two marks on the crank 2V which puts the engine in TDC. Does the 4V mark represent the position I need?

Any help would be good.
