It should be in your service book, in the first few pages it tells you all the service schedules and when any additional work is required. Best to get the right information for your particular car as a few years either side/change of engine code and it may be different. If in doubt phone your dealer and from the reg number they should be able t tell you. Sometimes they do deals on things like this and can be cheaper than local garages as they can source the parts cheaper. They would be able to tell you what gets replaced as part of the job and so what you are paying for and all parts and their work will be under Audi warranty, which is pretty good, also get your book stamped and always helps when you sell or trade it.

As stated by quattrokid the mileage at which it should be replaced is stated in your service book. However, you will be more concerned with the age of the cam belt; it should be replaced every 5 years, even if it hasn't yet achieved the mileage stated in the book.
For your car, Audi do a fixed price of £599 for water pump change as well. The tensioner is included in a kit which Audi use so it is replaced as a matter of course. You'll get the job done for a few hundred pounds less at an independent specialist to be honest. When a garage uses the genuine parts, the parts will have a 2 year warranty against failure, the same as Audi give.
