    I have A1 sportback 1.4tfsi 185bhp MY15 with HDD sat nav, but a problem i have is it losing the previously stored locations, yesterday i went to add some locations and approx 50% were missing , anybody any ideas please before i take it in to Audi

    Locations are stored per phone that is paired, so make sure the same phone is paired when you store, and that it is connected when you want to recall. To make them always visible set to 'public' once stored.

    Yes my wife phone that is paired wasn't in the car, So if the phones not paired to the satnav it doesn't remember addresses input is that right ?

    It does weird stuff! I've never understand it fully and just make sure I always have my phone connected before I play!
