Hi I'm just new to this site I have a problem with my Audi A6 nav drive it's locked can anyone on here help me please by unlocking it for me so that I can update maps etc I live in Darlington I would be quite happy to pay.

Think your car is a C6 rather than a C7 as the C7 has either SD card or Hard Disk based navigation so no Disk to unlock

It has 2 sd card slots but i can't update with them until I get the old map disk out of the nav drive

Back to my earlier point there is no Nav Drive or removable disk on the C7 it only uses either SD card (RMC system) or the Hard Disk (3G+) which is updated from an SD card. As confirmation ia m assuming the disk is in a drive in the glovebox and you do not have the pop up display unit. All of that said hopefully you will find someone local to you off the VCDS map who can unlock the disk from the drive for you. Make sure that the new data you get is actually for the system in your car and also that you have the PIN code to unlock it during the installation process. Officially this can only be got from an Audi dealer but some people on the Internet claim to provide working PIN codes but that route will be at your own risk
