Audi a4 2.0tdi 170 problems

Hi im new to this as i needed advice from people who no wat there talking about, i have a audi a4 2.0tdi 170 b7 my audi has a shake/vibration in idle enough for you to feel it alot, ive had engine mounts, clutch dmf, oil cooler timing belt dpf thermostat water pump and turbo changed but its stil smoking slighty in idle and alot wen yoy put ur foot dwn and its still shaking im stuck with it so if anyone will b kind enough to shed sum light on this will b much appreciated

Check the torsion values (someone who knows more than me can explain in more detail how this is done, but it's via VCDS software). The 170pd seems to be prone to rough idle if the values are out and it's not AFAIK something that's automatically checked at cam belt change time.
