    Hi

    I'm in same situation.

I have Audi a8 2012. My MMI software version is also PO518 like yours. Let me explain: to update your map you need to update your MMI software first.

The newest version of MMI software is PO770 or PO780. You can update mmi with USB stick but I have been warned. From PO518 to PO770 it is big software jump, and you might get error during update, it is recommended that dealer ought to do it.

Software can be done, hazzydays offer a software and map upgrade. Can't remember the price though.

The exhaust sound upgrade can be done. Loads of places offering it, have a look at kufatec for an idea on price.

    No idea what webasto is.

TV in motion is easy, just need VCDS. Have a look at the A7 VCDS tricks thread on this forum.

I wouldn't do the b+o retrofit personally. The wife has it, I don't, we can't tell the difference.

Webasto or kenlowe will be possible. Search the inetrnet for companies to supply and fit. There are a few. Don't know why you would want it in Cambridgeshire. It is usually specced on Scandinavian cars. I'm sure there is also a company which does an electric one as well.
B & O - I would hate to think what the price would be. Could be into 5 figures and really not worth it for a car! I believe you also lose boot space.
