I've just fitted a new turbo on an AWX engine.
I also fitted a new flexi oil line for the turbo oil supply.
I would now want to crank the engine over without it starting to prime the new line and the turbo.
After reading some stuff about the immobilizer stopping from starting the car after you have re-fitted fuse #28,
I'm abit reluctant to go any further!
Any one know how to prevent it from starting?

just undo the big round plug on the back of the head, the one for the injectors. it will throw a code but not the light . no electric to injectors, no start. this is what i do on a pd engine anyway.

Sounds good enough to me mate, thank you very much for reply.
I did think about that round plug but thought I'd better ask first to be sure.
    Cheers!

All went well, pulled that plug and it primed my new oil pipe very quick.
Dash was like a Christmas tree after but my VCDS soon had that sorted!
    Thanks again.
