    Hi all,

I just have picked up my new A3 2.0 TDI 150PS Sport and love it but wondered what is the normal fuel range from the 50 litre tank?

After a few miles it reads 515 miles on a full tank

    Thanks

    Nudzbro

    welcome

    any pics?

all depends on how you drive it and given that the car is new, it will take a few miles to fully loosen up re fuel consumption etc.

I get about 550 miles, tops - I hate that the tank is as "small" as it is. On my departed 2.0 (140) GT Golf, I could get up to 650 miles...

MPG has been good, but only when driven easily - cruising at 60-70 yields 57-58.

I would have thought you would have got more than that, as my 184 Quattro does 48-54 going around 60-70....

Although one thing I was disappointed with was how heavy the car is.... same weight as my old 1.9tdi passat!

I cruise at 60 or 70 depending on the road because I can't be bothered to slow for speed cameras - I am getting about 55 average.

The tank size is really getting on my nerves though.
