    Hi all.

Since I am new here, please receive my big HI five!

Very simple question where is your expertise will do magic.

    I have an AUDI A4 B6 1.9 Tdi 2003.

Thinking about maintenace- i would need to change an oil ( at least) quite soon.

Guys, where is the best and quality inexpencive service where I could have my baby done and be confident it is in a right hands?

I live around wimbledon, but often in Braknell, reading area.

What is the average price for an oild to be changed or even for the full service?

Many thanks in advance and sorry for the grammar if incorrect.

    Denis

Hi and welcome to the forum,

An oil change is a very easy job to do, the most important thing is using the correct oil for your car and i would always insist on a genuine Audi oil filter, most Audis also require a new sump plug too, as the seal is swaged onto the plug its self and cannot be removed.

Most Audis are perfectly happy running on the Quantum Longlife 3 oil, although castrol edge and Mobil also do one, your handbook should tell you the oil spec if you are unsure.

As to where to take it, i will leave that to someone more local to you, or just ask friends for recommendations.

    Cheers.
