Both rear electric windows have stopped working at same time, tried to locate fuse but can only find one for "front" windows. Have checked for volts at door module 0v on large white wire, other wires do have power! chased back to B pillar 0v wire change to red/yellow followed back to under dash but cannot see where it goes. Have removed fuse block to find it is wired differently to book, sorry don't have VCDS so can't post read out. This happened after front heated windscreen had been replaced and fitter blew interrior lights fuse. Any thoughts please

Thanks for the reply Peter, just checked Child swictch by substitution still no go. Not getting any control from any switch or key fob. Wiring diagrams show 12v from fuse FD23 LH Dash fuse board no fuse no wire on back of fuse board!! & no loose wires to be seen. Suspect all on 1 fuse and a broken connection somewhere.

That's what my list says too: "Fuse 23 on fuse holder D -SD23- 30A - Rear left door control unit -J388- Rear right door control unit -J389- 30" This is from "Passat Fitting Locations No. 802 / 1 Edition 04.2010"

Erm, fuseholder "D" is the right (drivers' side) dash fuse panel.

Another useful chart with fuse locations for an ‘08MY Passat is at:
