Some days when I leave my passat 2.0 tdi high line exposed to the sun and I start klimatronic, after 20/30 seconds no air comes from the vents even if the blower runs. If I park the car in garage and it cools, klimatronic works fine. A generic Mechanical analyzed the klima and results an error to the engine of the recirculation of air. I'm not convinced about this error because if the recirculation motor has some problem, it has to be always present, not only when temperature is high.
    What do you think about?
Thanks a lot and excuse me for my bad english

If you have Climatronic (two window display) then you can check what is the error without diagnostic tool.
Get a copy of my help .doc that lists the codes. PM me an email address for return attach.

    I am here again.
After 2 weeks with a fresh temperature my climatronic worked correctly but today temperature is higher (27º) and problem have re presented so I have gone to vw mechanical and he analyzed my car and said that the error is about air recirculation engine but I 'm not convinced because if this engine is damaged the problem would occur is that the heat in the cold. Now he resetted the clima and all is ok and the same happens if I reset pushing ECON+recirculation but I'm sure that the problem will recur.
This morning I noticed another thing: climatronic was working fine and I setted the temperature at 20º, if changed it to 19º no air comes from vents even if blower worked, switching to 20 immediately climatronic worked fine.
    Your opinion?
    Thanks a lot
