I would suspect MAP. Theres no loom after the throttlebody, and it looks like the map will be on the black plastic intake near the TB.

If you had to disconnect any wiring from the air hose then it has a MAF.

They are quite different, one is a small plastic pressure sensor which measures relative pressure - the other is a hot wire mesh which calculates oxygen mass from a temperature change which is considerably bigger.

The best bet would be to pull the engine code from the chassis, unless its a donor - but in any case there should be a stamp on the block somewhere with a 3 letter code. If not the stickers are in the usual places on the car - door pillar, boot, bonnet. Or if you can translate your Chassis codes on the V5 you will also see the engine code in there.
    151 PS @ 3800 rpm 1.6 8V MPi - 31.5mpg urban <-- Happy days

123k On the clock and counting. (25k on the block)

    I need all your V-Powers.

Map sensor at the end of the manifold where the dipstick tube heads down, no maf on that engine as far as I'm aware, if memory of my 1.4 16v serves me right.

Engine codes AEH, AKL & APF all have MAF sensors (no MAP).
Engine codes ATN, AUS & AZD all have MAP sensors (no MAF), but if your engine isn't one of those, post your engine code and I'm sure someone will be able to tell you for sure what your engine has.
The engine code should be on the white label on the timing cover.
