    Dear All,

    Just a quick question.

I am looking to replace my walnut (yuck) interior with a brushed aluminum look.

However I am struggling to find where you can acquire such parts, short of buying a 'stick on' kit from ebay for £35 which can't be good.....could it?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Regards

I made a very similar post as soon as i joined this forum as it looks horrid!

After a bit of digging i managed to find this centre console replacement. £133 delivered.

The walnut door trim and gear stick would have to be bought seperate but at least the centre console would be sorted which is where you look at it the most!

Here is the cover for the ashtray as well...£22

Not yet got round to doing this though as i became a farther 3 weeks ago so no time or monies for anything for a while! lol

Hope that helps your situation a little..

cheers fella.. I really should make a post up in general...

With regards to the cup holders... i thought they were standard? The arm rest is deffo cool though... makes the daily M62 journeys easier...

Not standard on the S.... probably were on the SE.

I seached for my motor for ages.... couldn't afford new, so went for nearly new... but then i had to find one without the walnut dash, wanted black interior, and exterior. and the only one i found was the S, which i bought.

With the subtle mods and upgrades i've made, the S "status" does'nt do it justice.

    Dear Fizbitt and Nick,

Thanks for all your advice on this matter.

I have already changed the gear gaiter and surround and door handles in the front to a matt black, got them from ebay for a total of around £30 bargain!

As for the centre console etc I will be making the purchase you suggested great stuff!

Fizzbitt - As for your arm rest you can buy these from ebay have you had a look?

    Many thanks again.

    Regards

    JP
