Have anyone had their suspension fixed sucsesfully for squeking noise?

had same sound from new car (now it is around 60.000km).

sound comes definetaly from, as I call it, front lower arm silentblocks. Maybe the name is not correctly translated in to english, so if anyone would put scheme of allroad suspension with names I would tell which part is making sound.

About this problem I have allready made a lot of reasearching and it looks that it is due to week silent blocks, though strange that none other allroads experience this.

    PROBLEM: squeking sound.
WHEN: 1. Outside temperature is no less then 0 celcius (depends when new part instaled)
    2. Suspension not cold (couple of km driven, or outside temperature is high)
    3. Sound comes everytime front suspension gets vertical movement (lets say speed bump, wobly road surface) BUT only when you give a little press on brake pedal. That is the main factor when sound apears. And I mean hard breaking on such situation, but just a little tension on brakes. If you let the brake go even when sound is ON it disapears at the same moment. But it is definetale not thr brakes (if anyone would say).

Two audi dealers already have changed front suspention for something around 5-6 times, with factory advisory of some modified parts. Nothing has changed. It is allways like when they change with new silent block, it has no sound for 300-500km, and then sound reapears and thr longer you drive earlier sound apear. If lets say new car made sound only when outside temperature was no lower then 14c, now I can replicate sound even from 0c outside temperature.

It is definetely connected part inner temperature, because even rain has effect on it. Usually no squek when it is wet outside.

It is very strange for me, that still no fix is made for this problem, that is replicated easily and recorded by dealers not once.

only explanation that comes to my mind, is that maybe drivers dont know how to replicate sound because main factor is a bit of brake tension to suspension when on uneven surface.

    Anyone have, hurd of something??

Noting to add really.. all I can say is that my suspension is squeak free. I did have a compressor failure but I think that was just "one of those things".
