    Hello!!!!
can anybody please instruct me in the correct way to bleed the fuel system on a 2000 Passat V6 tdi
I bleed it and get it going, take it for a drive, runs sweet and strong, then next morning will not start, air in the feed pipe.
any advice will be much appreciated!

It sounds like you have a air leak and fuel is leaking back to the tank and fuel pumps do not pump air very well. You need to inspect all the pipes and joints for the leak. The inner surface of the pipe can develope hair line cracks and cause a leak. You can spray wd 40 on the joints as you may spot the wd being sucked away. Why did you need to bleed the system originally.
I assume this is an AKE engine and you need to tell me the VIN as they change how to bleed it.
    PM me your email address.
    Regards Peter
