If you do a search, particularly in this section to identify your MMI version you can then see which options myself and others have done/tried.

Do you have a colour screen above the centre air vents?

If yes then look/search/Google for vnsmedia or Audi music interface with a part number starting 4e0.

If you have the red screen then you would need to look at xcarlink or Denison, both of which are also compatible with the above (MMI 2g high).

This is a common question so do some research!
