Bluetooth media streaming?

Hi guys,

I have acticvated bluetooth via VCDS for the Phone, but I can't stream music from phone to MMI? Can't find blueotth in media source.. What to do?

And how do I know if I have a Microphone installed, in the hidden menu it said that Microphone 1 was connected but when trying to talk on the phone no one can hear me, and the Voice Command can't hear me either.. What the hell?

BT streaming is not a standard feature of telephone module.

AMI with an adapter allow it, my memory unclear if RSAP module for telephone allow it, again an additional module.

A low spec version of voice command can be activated depending on telephone module, can you post a VCDS autoscan log? complete log please.

You don't have the microphone installed, you will need to buy a kit like this Audi A4L A6L Q5 A5 S5 Q7 Navigation Bluetooth Voice Control microphone MMI 3G | eBay

B5nut, isn't that the complete Bluetooth device?? My car already has BT but no mic?

No the top link is just a wiring harness & microphone, as your car was never fitted with BT at factory your car was never fitted with the harness for the microphone. It's why no one can hear you at the moment.

I don't, but you need to remove the glovebox left hand side a-pilar trim and the interior light, your best bet is to get a version of elsawin from ebay that will give you all the information you need on doing the job.
